Hi. 👋

This is real life. A little chaotic, a little rural, fueled by coffee, bees, family schedules, and the constant question of why is this dress three inches too short?

I’m not a professional reviewer. I’m not an Instagram aesthetic. I don’t film my life in perfect light or pretend everything runs smoothly. I live in the country. I have horses. I run two businesses. I juggle family life, work, and all the in-between stuff that doesn’t make it into highlight reels. Some days are productive. Some days are just… survival with decent shoes.

I’m also tall, which means clothes are always a gamble. Dresses, pants, shoes, coats… if you know, you know. Add in a busy schedule and the reality that I don’t have time to return half of what I order, and suddenly “trying things” becomes very real, very fast.

I also do my own nails. Not because it’s glamorous, but because it works for my life. I like keeping things simple, functional, and done at home when I can. Same goes for a lot of the products I end up using, clothes, home things, tools, random finds that promise to make life easier (sometimes they do, sometimes they absolutely don’t).

That’s why this site exists.

This is a place where I’ll share unpaid, honest reviews of things I actually use. Clothes that fit (or didn’t). Nail products that held up (or chipped immediately). Home and seasonal finds that earned their place. Odds and ends that made life a little easier, or at least didn’t make it harder.

Some of these links may earn a small commission. That helps keep this running. But the opinions don’t change. If something doesn’t work, I’ll say so. If it’s fine-but-not-amazing, I’ll say that too. You might agree with me. You might not. You may try it and love it. That’s okay, I’m not here to change your mind or argue a side. No comparisons, no arguments. Just real life.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about practicality.

It’s about real life, lived in real time.
If you’re busy, tired, tall, juggling a lot, living outside the algorithm, or just trying to find things that work without turning life into content, you’re probably in the right place.

I’m not here for flashy videos or seamless transitions. I’m just sharing the deets, the raw, honest, and real.
This is a low-pressure space.

So I hope you’ll decide to stick it out, and in return,  I’ll promise keep it honest. In the end, I hope we can become friends…and maybe you’ll recommend some of your favorite finds to me!
