Some purchases are planned. Others are “I grabbed this out of my closet and accidentally matched perfectly.” This jacket falls into the second category, and honestly, that made me like it even more.

I’ve owned a few INNO MINT pieces in the past, and I’ve generally had good luck with the brand. Their fabrics tend to be comfortable, stretchy, and easy to move in, which is exactly what I want in workout gear. This zip-up jacket is no exception…however, I have somethings to say about it.
Fit & Sizing:
For reference, I’m 5’10”, around 155 pounds, with a long torso and long arms. I typically wear a medium in most tops, but I sized up to a large in this jacket after seeing the product images, and I’m glad I did.
The jacket is slim and form-fitting without feeling tight or restrictive. It looks polished and athletic, not boxy. That said, even in a large, the sleeves are on the shorter side for me, same for torso length. The thumb holes are there, which helps with overall sleeve coverage, but they pull a bit at the base of the thumb if I actually use them. Because of that, I usually wear the sleeves normally and skip the thumb holes.
If you’re tall or long-armed, sizing up is a good idea, just don’t expect extra-long sleeves.
Fabric & Comfort:
This is where the jacket really shines. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and comfortable, with that smooth athletic feel you want for workouts. It moves well, doesn’t feel stiff, and works great for active days, gym sessions, or casual errands.
It’s a perfect weight for spring or mild weather, warm enough to take the chill off, but not so heavy that you overheat once you start moving.
Pockets (Yes, Pockets):
A big win here: pockets! They’re not huge, you won’t fit a full wallet, but they’re perfect for keys, a credit card, or a little cash. Considering how many women’s workout jackets or leggings skip pockets entirely, this is a definite plus.

Styling & Matching:
One unexpected bonus is how well this jacket pairs with leggings that I own, which also have contrast piping… they may be the same brand (ironically, Im wearing them as I write this and dont see a name or brand from this vantage point). The clean lines and subtle accents make it easy to coordinate with matching or similar bottoms, which gives the whole outfit a more intentional, put-together look (very unusual for me).
Price & Final Thoughts:
At $33, this jacket sits right on the edge of “worth it.” Do I like it? Yes! Will I wear it? Absolutely. Would I repurchase multiple colors without trying it on first? Probably not.
If you’re comfortable sizing up, don’t mind slightly shorter sleeves/torso (if you’re long like me), and want a sleek, fitted workout jacket for cooler workouts or spring layering, this is a solid option. It’s not perfect, but it’s comfortable, flattering, and practical, and those pockets help tip the scale.
