To start off, let me say, this dress is around $40, but can be found on sale. I am 5’10 and about 155lbs. I ordered this dress in a Medium, and could have likely sized down, but this still looks nice and not like a tent!

The fabric is 95% polyester and 5% elastane, which explains why it feels both soft and slightly stretchy while still having enough weight to drape nicely. It has a subtle slinky feel without being clingy, and it doesn’t feel flimsy or see-through, something I always look for in summer dresses at this price point. Plus, with this fabric…I expect it to travel well!

Comfort is a big win here. The dress moves beautifully when you walk and feels good on for all-day wear. The fit is very flattering, especially through the bodice, and I really like the way the shoulders are designed. Instead of stopping abruptly, they gently flow down toward the back, giving it a soft, feminine look that’s comfortable and not restrictive.

And yes… it has pockets, which always earns extra points.

This is the kind of dress that makes you feel put together without trying too hard. It works just as well for brunch as it does for a summer party or vacation dinner, and you won’t feel out of place in any of those settings.

This is a beautiful, comfortable, and wearable summer dress. If you’re looking for something that feels confident, easy, and polished without spending a fortune, this one is absolutely worth considering…especially if you’re a tall girl!
